On Sunday, while at Grandma and Grandpa Bailey's house, Bailee got her first goose egg or as Grandpa calls it a 'nogginbuster'. We are not quite sure how it happened because none of the kids would tell us the story but it was a result of twisting around in the swing. I have to give her credit though because it was one of the worst goose eggs I have ever seen and she was super tough. She must get that from her dad.:) She was a little scared to put ice on it but once she was in Grandma's lap and had goldfish she was just fine. Those two things could make anything better. It is now Tuesday and her nogginbuster is completely gone which is very surprising. We all thought for sure she would have some massive bruise all across her forehead. Thank goodness that didn't happen!

Oh how sad. My oldest, Jake, had a huge goose egg on his head at 3 years old. It was so sad.
Oh that made my eyes tear up! Give her a big hug for me! No black eyes either? WOW! I'm glad it's better!
Oh my, that's sad! It looks serious. I'm glad it didn't leave big bruises, way to be tough Bailee!
Hey Danielle!!!
I am just answering your comment on my pictures post. We had the pics done at my Mom's house in Pine Valley. I did do Jaycee's hair. I put them in sponge curlers overnight. My sister in law, Aletha doesn't live here or I am sure she'd love to do more. I do know of a great photographer though. Her name is Malea Ellett. She has a website. It is http://mytickledpinkphoto.com/ . She does a great job.
I hate this part of childhood! See ya at Bunco!
Poor thing. I hate those darn goose eggs. Give her kisses from me.
